The Maine Division of SAF recognizes the need for more continuing education opportunities for foresters in northern Maine.  To help fill this need, we have decided to re-establish the Northern Maine Forest Forum.  The Forum will meet periodically throughout the year and offer presentations on forestry-related topics.  Meetings are open to the public and foresters, landowners, loggers and others with interests in Maine's forests and forestry are invited to attend.  Licensing credits for Maine Foresters will be offered.  The Forum will include a social hour, dinner and the presentation. 

A Forum Committee has been established to choose relevant topics and organize the meetings.  The following individuals have agreed to serve on this committee:
